I brought it in last week, but they had ordered the wrong part but fixed a recall. They communicated much better this time with me. And were very accommodating to pick my vehicle up at home due to me being sick. They let me know when they were on their way and when they were dropping the vehicle off. After my first experience, I was planning to go back to my private mechanic but after this time I will stick with New Holland Toyota. Thank you guys!

I called and asked for an appointment to check out a noise issue with my truck. I got an appointment with no problems. The day of the service my advisor stayed in touch with me to let me know that they found the cause of the suspicious noise and proceeded to repair it along with a few other items that I required on time as requested. This place is well run and mechanics know what they are doing. This is a construction vehicle, and they realize that it is needed on a daily basis and not sitting around in a shop waiting to be repaired. Thank you all very much. Keep up the good work!

Neal Roth was my sales person. And Bryan the sales manager along with several others were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Our salesman was Kevin Davis. I've been in sales almost 30 years and was very pleasantly surprised with Kevin's sales style. His ability to know the benefits of each vehicle, the facts that are important to share, yet deliver it with the ease of offering someone a cup of coffee is simply refreshing! I've seen this style occasionally in other genre's... but it's very rare in the arena of car sales. You have a gem in him!

Andy is great! This is our second vehicle purchase with him and he does a great job of being prepared and making sure we are making the right decision for us. The new digital process with the smart board for going through the paperwork was excellent. It made the process go much faster and it was nice to not have to squint to read and sign the documents.
