Parts Returns

 
New Holland Auto Group Parts Department Return Policy:
  •  All part(s) returns MUST have a parts return slip completed with the original/copy of the invoice attached.    
  • All part(s) returns MUST be in their original packaging and in salable condition.   
  • All part(s) MUST be checked for damage and proper fit before prepping or painting.    
  • All damaged parts MUST be returned within 3 business days of delivery/purchase to be eligible/considered for credit.    Be advised that there is a 60-day limit on all parts returns. For All part(s) returns processed after the 60-day limit, 50% of the Dealer's current cost will be the amount received as the credit. 
  • All Special-Ordered part(s) returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the sale price of the part(s).    
  • All Cores MUST be returned in the original packaging from the manufacturer and drained of all fluids. 
List of Items that MUST be Inspected at Time of Delivery: 
  • ALL Glass
  • ALL Exhaust Components
  • ALL Interior Trim Pieces
  • ALL Accessory Items (example: floor mats, touch-up paint)
  • ALL Parts that do not have OEM packaging associated.
  • ALL Parts labeled as "NON- RETURNABLE" on the Invoice
